There are three engineers in a car, an electric engineer, a chemical
engineer and a microsoft engineer. Suddenly the car just stops by the
side of the road, and the 3 engineers look at each other wondering
what could be wrong.

The electrical engineer suggests stripping down the electronics of the
car and trying to trace where a fault might have occured.

The chemical engineer, not knowing much about cars, suggests that may
be the fuel is becoming emulsified and getting blocked somewhere.

Then, the microsoftengineer, not knowing much about anything, comes up
with a suggestion, " why dont we close all the windows, get out, get
back in, open the windows again, and maybe it will work!?"

Government afraid to take any decision

This congress government, sorry i should say the government led by congress prime minister, is afraid to take any decision. They have to satisfy all their partners. The most important thing for which they are afraid is the stock market. well they just cross check their decision taken whether it is right or not by watching the sensex. When sonia gandhi announced that she will stay as the prime minister candidate the sensex gone down drastically. When she called back her decision the sensex shoot up. So they first announces the decision and wait for the changes in the sensex. If it goes up they are happy that the decision taken was right and if the sensex goes down, the decision was given a second thought. Well i think this is the main reason for announcing the portfolio of the ministers in the night after the market was closed for the day. May be they would have thought not to confuse the market again and again. Also they have taken enough care in satisfying all the parties. Poor Manmohan singh is not alloted any portfolio. Probably they would have thought that he should not be given work burden(!). Already his hands are full with prime minister post and no:10 Janpath. ...to be continued.

ASSIGNMENT FOR SUMMER VACCATION

Nowadays the children are not allowed to spend their summer vaccation peacefully. One of my friend's son who is just 7 years old was given an assigment for summer vaccation by his teacher. He was asked to submit an assigment on how the billing is made in a departmental store. I understand you all think it is so easy just to go a departmental store and watch how the billing is made and he has to make note and submit the assignment. Well it is not so easy as you all think. The boy has to sit at the cashier's place and should bill the customers. The story dosent end here. The boy has to submit the assignment using powerpoint as to how the billing is done. Well i think it is a real test for the parents because parents have to meet the concerned person and make a request. Well atlast the boy's father went to a departmental store nearby and made a request that his son has to submit the assignment. Well i think nowadays all the parents should be very creative and learn everything to help their kids in doing their homework. Just one request to the teachers.Please give assignments for the kids and not for the parents. Please dont punish the parents. Already they have enough tensions.
